  • NFCs ('Not For Competition') funs are allowed using silent toys or food to reward in the ring

  • Jump one lower than KC measured height (for clear rounds only but progression option still available).

  • Separate progression for each discipline: Agility, Jumping, Steeplechase

  • Bitches in season can compete at the end of classes

Accumulate points to qualify for the prestigious FAB Grand Slam Finals by competing at FAB 1 to FAB 6 shows throughout 2025.
Points from FAB 7, 2025 will count towards FAB Grand Slam Finals 2026.

The Finals consist of the following classes:

  • Agility & Jumping (accumulate points via your standard combined FAB KC Agility runs)

  • Petite Agility & Jumping (accumulate points via the Special Petite classes at FAB KC shows)

  • Tunnel Exchange (invites to winners & runners up of this Special class at FAB KC shows)

  • Steeplechase (accumulate points via the Steeplechase classes at FAB Independent shows)

Standard Agility and Jumping Finals (heights: small, medium, intermediate, large)

  • Grade brackets: C1-4 and C5-7.

  • Finals Qualification (for each height & combined grade bracket): Agility: Top 10 dogs and handlers. Jumping: Top 12

dogs and handlers.

Petite Agility & Petite Jumping Finals

  • Grade brackets C1-4 and C5-7.

  • Finals Qualification (for each grade bracket): Both Petite Agility & Petite Jumping: Top 3 dogs and handlers

Tunnel Exchange Finals

(Held at each height: petite, small, medium, intermediate, large)

  • No points awarded. Instead, the winner and runner-up (for each individual height – petite to large) of each Tunnel Exchange class held at FAB shows throughout 2025 will qualify for the Finals.

  • If the 1st or 2nd placed dog/handler has already qualified, the invitation will go to the next unplaced dog and handler.

  • If the original qualifying second handler is not available for the Final, then a substitute handler is allowed.

Steeplechase Finals

(Held at each height: petite, small, medium, intermediate, large)

  • Held at FAB Independent shows. Points will be awarded to the top 10 dogs in the Novice and top 10 dogs in the Advanced qualifying steeplechase classes as indicated on the schedule.

  • Finals Qualification:

  • Petite: Top 5 Novice and the top 3 Advanced dogs and handlers

  • S / M / I / L: Top 8 Novice and the top 6 Advanced dogs and handlers

  • The course will be the same for both Novice and Advanced handlers at the Finals (but awards will be separate).

General Rules and Qualification Information:

  • Points are awarded to the top 10 dogs in each height (unless eliminated) in all qualifying classes (excluding Tunnel Exchange – see below). 10 points for 1st place down to 1 point for 10th place.

  • Points will move up with dogs who win into the next grade bracket/level during the season. Dogs will compete in the relevant Final based on the level the dog is competing in at FAB 6 show in August. (For example, for the standard Agility you start the season at G4, but win up to G5, your dog’s points will transfer to the C5-7 league for qualification, you will then run in this class if you successfully qualify for the Finals.)

  • Handlers can qualify with more than one dog.

  • Points leagues will be available to view on Agility Plaza throughout the season.
