Video Tuition

Video tuition is suitable for individual handlers or for groups, providing ongoing training and allowing you to keep in touch with Dawn on a regular basis.

Continuity in training is very important, particularly with contacts and weaves for example, and is a major problem for handlers who want to use positive methods with their dog yet have no access to such training. Dawn’s comprehensive monthly set lesson plans answer this well.

Training agility by watching and learning from your dog is unique to Dawn and currently cannot be found elsewhere.

Each month there is a set lesson plan to follow consisting of sequence diagrams for you to study and to train with which you record on video. You then upload the video (maximum 5 minutes) to YouTube making it ‘unlisted’ rather than ‘public’ if you prefer and send Dawn the appropriate link along with any related comments or questions. Dawn will then review your video and provide feedback, advice and suggestions by email. At the end of each month Dawn will upload a video showing the correct handling for that month’s plan.

Alternatively if you are having specific problems in the ring or in training, you may upload a video of the problems (instead of the month’s training) for Dawn to review and give feedback and advice.
